Join Michele McCoy for her 3 hour hoop dance workshop. In this workshop we will explore the concept of bringing mindfulness into our hoop practice to become more present within our flow, gain confidence, set positive intentions, and ultimately get the most out of our hoop journey. Hoop dance is a beautiful and healthy form of movement art and I am passionate about teaching others how to use it as a tool to cultivate self-love and fully harness our creative potential.
We will also be covering many fun and unique hoop dance moves ranging from beginner to advanced skill levels. These moves include the continuous kroll, pinball, isopop twist, wedgie variations, and more! Not only will we be learning individual tricks but also ways to transition in and out of them as well as building combos and ways to incorporate them into our own unique styles of hoop flow.
