This hoop is high intensity uv pink and fluorescent yellow reflective tape segments separated by a small dark space of black magic non reflective tape to add visual appeal of breaking up the glow.

The turnaround time for orders can be up to 1-2 weeks for orders inside the United States and are shipped using USPS Priority Mail.
