Tailbone Injury- My Healing Process - 2 Week Update

Hello Beautiful Souls! 

A few weeks ago I was doing what I do best: hiking and feeling free, finally getting back into nature after all the hiking trails were closed due to Covid. But while exploring a new portion of the Three Spring Falls waterfall I slipped and landed HARD on my tailbone. Me, my hula hoops, and all my hiking & filming equipment went down and it knocked the air out of me. It was genuinely the most painful thing I have ever experienced.  

If you have been missing my hula hoop and yoga posts on Instagram, Facebook and Youtube, I am so sorry for being absent but I am so thankful for everyone who has reached out to me! This serious injury needs more time to heal and I am moving slowly getting back into my yoga and hula hoop practice. But as my Youtube channel and interests expand beyond hooping, I really feel called to share this healing with you. Between the pain (my tailbone is actually TWISTED) and the anxiety, it has not been an easy journey but I am slowly starting to get better.
